I'm Still Here!

Wow the last couple of weeks have been crazy with getting the kids back in school and starting to home school Andrew with the 2 little ones. It's been nice having him home and we're starting to learn some fun things together.
Yesterday I was in the midst of a lot of women. First, in the morning I did a mini-nutrition talk to a christian ladies group (probably 40 or so) and then in the evening I met up with probably 20+ homeschooling moms and spent a couple of hours picking a few of their brains. I'm so excited with all the support there is and all the exceptional curriculum available. I sat with a Mom of 6 with one on the way. She is 42! Her kids are 20, 17, 15, 5 1/2, 4 and 2. She's a homeschooling veteran with her older ones and just beginning with her younger ones. She's got a neat story. Boy she gave me a lot of good ideas and I'm so glad God put me in the path of these ladies. It was so funny though, in this group of ladies you tell them you have 5 kids and to them its no big deal because most have 7,8, and 9 kids. Whereas, in the public eye people stand in awe of you having 5 kids. Its going to keep me humble or want more kids, one of the two!

That's so great you met some great people to help with homeschooling!!

And by the way, I vote for more kids because I won't be having any, any time soon! :D
