Today was Jon's 6th Birthday. He requested Spaghetti and Meatballs at his party with his friends. It was a fun time with his friends and family. Truth be known, I'm exhausted. I, once again, stayed up too late to gather photos for our picture wall. Oh well, its part of having a family! or maybe too high expectations for myself. Since Jon shares his birthday with "Flag day", I went a little patriotic with his cake. I have found great and easy ideas for kids cakes at familyfun.com .Jon has been a blessing, just like all the others. He's following in his fathers footsteps and keeping all of us laughing. He definitly brings joy to our house. He finished Kindergarten and is heading into the 1st grade this next year. He's looking forward to swimming and our annual trip to Cannon Beach this summer.
